Your First Visit
Your first visit will start with a friendly handshake, and then we’ll offer you complimentary water, tea, or coffee. After being escorted to your treatment room, you’ll get to spend a few minutes chatting with your dentist about your dental history and goals. They’ll then perform a comprehensive exam that looks at your teeth, gums, and entire oral system from top to bottom. Afterward, they’ll discuss their findings with you and recommend any additional treatments you might need.
As cozy as our waiting room is, we’re sure you want to spend as little time as possible in it! To help your appointment begin nice and fast, please take a moment to fill out our patient forms before you come to see us. You can download them by clicking on the links below. Just bring the completed forms to our dental office, and we’ll get you in to see your dentist right away.
Dental Insurance Welcome
At Gentling Dental Care, we accept all dental insurance plans that allow you to choose your care provider. We’ll be able to answer any questions you might have about your coverage, and we will even file the claims for you so we can make sure you’re getting every dollar deserved. Gentling Dental Care is not a network insurance provider because the steep discounts of insurance would not allow the doctors at Gentling Dental Care and their staff to provide you with the quality of care and the level of service you deserve. Appointment Cancellation Policy
Gentling Dental Care is committed to quality and timely care for all of our patients. For that reason, Gentling Dental Care requires patients to kindly give a 48-hour notice for any appointment cancellation or reschedule. If no notice is given, there may be a minimum charge of $50 for the missed appointment. Patients who miss three or more appointments without proper notification may be dismissed from the practice. We will provide 30 days of emergency care for those patients and can also assist in referring the patient to another reputable dental provider. We do realize that emergencies can happen and reserve the right to enforce this policy on a case by case basis for our patients.
At Gentling Dental Care, we accept all dental insurance plans that allow you to choose your care provider. We are considered an Out of Network provider and do not render services based on what insurance companies will reimburse. Since we cannot guarantee what insurance coverage will benefit services, it is ultimately the responsibility of the patient or guardian for payment in full. We’ll be able to answer some questions you might have about your coverage, and we will file the claims for you as a courtesy so we can make sure you’re getting every dollar you deserve. Payments made by personal check or with cash the same day services are rendered will receive a discount of 10%.
